RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only accept returns that qualify
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened, and not ripped or torn. If it does not meet the criteria it will be rejected.
Packages damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of Earthy Goods LLC and should be dealt with by the courier.
If you have entered your address in the incorrect format or have misspelled or entered the wrong address you will NOT be refunded for the purchase goods or delivery.
The customer is responsible for checking their details at checkout.
You must contact us before attempting to return your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
